Primeline Flow is a plumbing dispatch network for Greater Sydney. We connect customers with licensed plumbers in our verified network through a simple booking flow.
You submit a job
Click Book Now and fill in the short form. Your name, mobile number, trade type, location and a quick description of the problem. The whole thing takes under a minute.
We only ask for what's needed to match you quickly and send SMS updates. No accounts, no passwords.
We broadcast to nearby plumbers
The moment you submit, our system identifies plumbers that match your trade and location, and sends them the job details. They respond with an ETA, typically within a few minutes.
Multiple plumbers may see the job. We prioritise whoever can get to you with the right skills.
You confirm by SMS
You receive a single SMS with the plumber's name and their estimated arrival time. Reply YES to confirm or NO to pass. Once you confirm, they're on their way.
You'll get one more SMS when the plumber is close. No apps to download, no accounts to manage.
Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work?⌄
A $50 booking fee secures your slot when you submit a request. This fee is credited to your final invoice; it's not an additional charge. The plumber sets the final price based on the job and you pay them directly. If you cancel after a plumber accepts, an $80 cancellation fee applies.
How much will it cost?⌄
Primeline Flow is free to use as a customer. The plumber who accepts your job will confirm pricing with you before any work begins. You're never locked in just by requesting.
Are the plumbers vetted?⌄
Yes. Every plumber on the Primeline Flow network is verified before they can accept jobs, including trade licences and insurance where applicable.
What if no plumber is available?⌄
If no one accepts your job within a reasonable window, we'll let you know by SMS and widen the search. You're never charged for a job that doesn't get matched.
Can I cancel a confirmed booking?⌄
You may request a cancellation before confirming your booking. Once you reply YES to confirm, a cancellation fee applies. If the technician attends and cannot gain access, or the job does not proceed after attendance, a call out fee of $120 will be charged.
Do you operate outside Australia?⌄
Not yet. Primeline Flow currently operates across Australia only.
